These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HelixResponse platform and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

HelixResponse provides automated missed-call recovery for local service businesses. When a customer calls a business and the call is not answered, HelixResponse sends a text message to the caller on behalf of the business and can send follow-up messages over time.

SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

By voluntarily placing a phone call to a business that uses HelixResponse, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from that business at the phone number you called from. Your phone call serves as your opt-in to receive these messages. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase.

• Types of messages: Missed-call follow-up texts, service-related follow-up messages, and review requests after completed service.
• Message frequency: Up to 6 messages per interaction (1 initial response, up to 4 follow-ups, and 1 review request).
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at hello@helixresponse.com.
• Participating carriers: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all major US mobile carriers are supported.

Business User Obligations

If you are a business using HelixResponse, you agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate business communications with customers who have contacted you.
• Not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or marketing to people who have not contacted your business.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier messaging policies.
• Provide accurate business information when setting up your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Send messages containing harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent opt-out requests
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Limitation of Liability

HelixResponse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed messages, delivery failures, or any damages arising from use of the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive messaging practices.
